The Southern western state of Karnataka has much to offer the visitor, from the sparkling white sands of the coast to the evocative ruins of Hampi and the opulence of the Mysore palace. The soapstone temples of Belur and Halebid are some of the most stunning examples of Hindu art in all of India. Day 01 Arrival Bengaluru

Day 02 Bangalore – Mysore

Bangalore – Mysore (250 Kms & 7 hrs)

AM transfer to Mysore. En- route visit Shravanabelagola , the famous pilgrimage place of Jainism. The 58-feet tall monolithic statue of Gommateshvara Bahubali is located on Vindyagiri Hill. It is considered to be the world's largest monolithic stone statue.

Continue visit Ranganathaswamy Temple at Srirangapatna, According to the Archaeological Survey of India (ASI), the temple is one of considerable antiquity. Day 03 Mysore

AM visit Mysore palace, built in 1911-12. The palace is a harmonious synthesis of the Hindu and Saracenic styles of architecture with archways, domes, turrets, colonnades and sculptures which are magnificent, also it is famous for its Dussehera festival .Continue visit the Art Gallery, & Chamundi hills to see Chamundeshwari Temple and have a panoramic view of Mysore from the top of the hill.

Evening walk by DEVARAJA market, it is an apt place to get a flavor of the local people's daily life. With more than 100 years of history, this market is well knitted into the heritage of Mysore. If you are new to the bazaars of India in general, you cannot afford to miss this.

Day 04 Mysore – Hassan - Chikmagalur

Mysore – Hassan - Chikmagalur (180 kms & 4 hrs)

AM drive to the Hassan. En- route visit Belur and Halebid, one of the finest specimens of Hoysalan architecture. At Belur the temple of Lord Channekeshava is embellished with superb carvings of deities, animals and friezes depicting the life and times of Hoysala rulers. Halebid was the seat of Hoysala Kingdom, its great Hoysaleswara Temple was also built in the typical Hoysala style of architecture.

Continue drive to Chikmagaluru. On arrival check in at the hotel and overnight.

Mysore – Hassan - Chikmagalur

Day 05 Chikmagalur – Hospet

Chikmagalur – Hospet (290 kms & 6 hrs)

AM transfer to the Hospet. On arrival check in to the hotel and PM at leisure.

Day 06 Hospet – Hampi – Hospet

AM excursion to Hampi. En- route visit Hazara Rama Temple, it was built in 15th century, In older times, it used to be the royal family’s private place for worship. Another interesting aspect of the temple is that it is the only shrine in the capital that has its external walls decorated with bas- reliefs. Continue visit Lotus Mahal. This monument has fine structure which represents Hindu Sikharas. These Sikharas has horizontal pyramidal where music concerts were held for the royal family in earlier times. Octagonal watch tower is also seen there.

At Hampi visit Virupaksha Temple. It believed that this temple has been functioning uninterruptedly ever since its inception in the 7th century AD. This makes it the one of the oldest functioning temples in India, also it is a part of UNESCO group of monuments. Continue visit VITTALA temple. It was originally built in the 15th century AD. Many successive kings have enhanced the temple campus during their regimes to the present form.

Return back to the Hospet and overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 07 Hospet – Badami

Hospet – Badami (140 kms & 3 hrs)

AM transfer to the Badami. On arrival check in to the hotel and leave for sightseeing. Visit some ancient Hindu and Jain Temples carved out of sandstone hills. These carved temples date back to the 6th century, of these, three are Hindu and one is Jain. Sculptured out of solid rock, they are profusely adorned with carvings. The Fort atop a hill, encloses large granaries, a treasury and a watch tower. The famed Malegitti Shivalaya temple set on the summit of a hill is built of stones joined without the use of mortar.

Day 08 Badami - Pattadakal - Aihole - Badami

AM excursion to Pattadakal & Aihole. Pattadakal, referred to as Petrigal, reached its pinnacle of glory under the Chalukya kings from 7th to 9th centuries. The oldest in this group is the Sanghameswara Temple. The Mallikarjuna temple has pillars depicting the life of Krishna. The Papanatha Temple, a UNESCO world heritage has impressive carvings on the pillars and its ceiling,

Day 09 Badami – Goa

Badami – Goa (253 kms & 6 hrs)

AM leave for Goa by road. Goa is a land of amazing contrasts. In fact, it is home to the highest number of contrasts packed in the smallest geographical area of 3700-odd square kilometres.

It is the most beautiful destination among beaches across India. On arrival check in at the hotel and day free at Leisure .

AM proceed for sightseeing visit Old Goa in the form of century old cathedrals such as Basilica of Bom Jesus and Chapel of St. Francis Xavier. Later take the famous Sun Bath on the beaches of Goa, India. Evening enjoy the night life of the Goa.
