Castle Bijaipur is the ultimate place where history, nature and hospitality form unison. A 350 year old Castle set amidst the Vindhyanchal hills at 600 meters above sea level, the Castle is situated in fortified walls and was converted to a hotel in 1991 by the ruling family. Castle Bijaipur was built in early 16th century AD by Rao Vijay Singh, descendent of great Rajput warrior Shakti Singh. The present Rao Saheb Narendra Singh Ji has renovated and converted the Castle into one of the first heritage hotels. Heritage here is not just about antiques and artefacts – it is more about the culture that is alive inside.
Providing 16 well-furnished guestrooms, the Castle enjoys a scenic location as it is surrounded by hills, lakes, forests and farms.
